Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoCard ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoCard provides a virtual debit card platform that allows users to:

Create a virtual Visa/Mastercard debit card linked to USDC holdings
Deposit USDC via supported blockchain networks
Spend USDC at merchants where Visa/Mastercard is accepted
Monitor transactions and manage card settings

CryptoCard provides a fully operational USDC-powered virtual debit card platform. All transactions are processed through our secure payment infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and 6-digit PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. KYC / AML Compliance

Identity verification (KYC) is required before card activation. We comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.

6. Prohibited Uses

Using the service for illegal activities
Attempting to manipulate or circumvent security systems
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Creating multiple accounts to abuse free-tier benefits
Reverse engineering or scraping the platform

7. Fees

Free plan users are subject to a 1.5% conversion fee on all card transactions. Pro plan users pay 0.5%. Network fees for blockchain deposits are charged by the respective blockchain networks and are not controlled by CryptoCard.

8. Compliance

CryptoCard operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations. Card services, where real, are provided through licensed issuing bank partners. Visa and Mastercard are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

CryptoCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
